Flower deliveries

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Sarah’s Gardens website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions relate to one-off orders placed. Any orders for wedding flowers will be subject to the specific terms and conditions relating to weddings (available on request).

1 - Ordering

Orders should be placed at least 24hrs in advance, and by 2pm latest for next day delivery (Mon-Sat deliveries). For Sunday, Bank Holiday or same day deliveries please call us, and requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Orders can be placed by phone, email or contact form on the website but cannot be regarded as a firm order until confirmation has been received from us, either verbally or in writing. Orders will be not be accepted if stock is unavailable, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or if the delivery date cannot be met.

Should you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made more than 24hrs before delivery. Cancellations made on the same day as delivery will incur a charge of 50% of the original order price.

Flowers are seasonally grown, so each bouquet will be supplied using whatever is in season and flowering when you order. No two bouquets will be the same. Requests for specific types of flowers will be accommodated if possible but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Colour preference will again be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Any photographs on the website are for illustration only, and identical replicas cannot be reproduced.

Payment & Pricing

Payment for one-off orders is required in advance of delivery. Payment for flower subscription deliveries can be paid monthly by agreement. Payments can be made by bank transfer or over the phone by debit/credit card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. VAT of 20% is included on all orders.

We reserve the right to amend prices quoted on any pricelist and on the website without notice.

Delivery

The delivery day and time will be agreed with you when the order is confirmed, and orders will only be accepted if the delivery day is achievable. If the recipient is out on delivery then the order will be left in a safe place you have specified at time of ordering, however we cannot then be liable for non-delivery of goods or reduced product quality.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your bouquet as ordered then we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and will refund your payment in full no later than 7 days after the intended delivery date.

This website is protected by copyright and the copyright, trademarks, logos and intellectual property rights for the content of this website are the property of Sarah’s Gardens. Any use, printing or copying items from this website is prohibited.

Refund Policy

All orders are processed with care, and the freshest flowers are provided in order to ensure they last for as long as possible. If you are unhappy with the condition of flowers on delivery then please make any complaint the same day, with photographs if possible emailed to sarahsgardens@aol.co.uk. Five days of vase life are guaranteed from the date of delivery providing that flowers are correctly cared for. Please contact me within 2 days if you are concerned about product quality. Cut flowers require fresh water and to be kept away from heat and draughts; providing these care instructions have been followed then a replacement or refund will be offered.

Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the website are correct.

Limitation of liability

The total liability arising in connection with fulfilment of an order shall be limited to the value of the order only and we shall not be liable for any consequential losses.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any default due to weather, war, strike, fire, flood, drought or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
